The Speed Block is a manually operated clamping fixture which allows the operator to tighten a clamp when the drive screw is not accessible. The cam-actuated piston moves the drive plate up and down, loosening and tightening the clamp screw.

The Speed Block is primarily designed for use with our ID Xpansion clamp, however any clamp that uses a straight draw can be used.

The Speed Block is offered in a single and four-station unit. The single station is ideal for rotary tables. The four-station Speed Block is compact, allowing multiple work pieces to be clamped. Face plates and drive plates can be interchanged for quick set-ups using the same block.
